Our formula is simple and practical

1. When you have agreed to go ahead, you will provide us with a short overview of your situation, challenges and issues.
2. Your SMS Consultant will spend a full day with you
   • You will brief us on today's situation
     • How things are done today
     • Your current process and tools used
     • An overview of your people
     • Your expectations
   • We will identify gaps in your processes and tools
   • We will provide you with our understanding of what is involved in practical sales management i.e. what you must do and what you must not do
   • We will provide you with simple and practical templates for your processes and tools
   • We will discuss and agree a plan for you to implement the ideas we have introduced
   • We will end the day with a documented and agreed action plan
3. Following our day together, we will arrange 3 follow-up progress and coaching sessions with you over the next three months. And of course you can call us at any time as a sounding board
