Spend a day with an experienced SMS Consultant. He will listen to your challenges and issues. He will review your sales processes and tools. He will give you a practical framework for sales management in your business. He will show you how to build some simple planning and tracking tools - how to set meaningful objectives, how to track performance and activities. Together, you will develop a program to follow.

All this will be followed-up with 3 coaching sessions over the next 3 months to get feedback and give further help. These sessions may be face-to-face or by phone/internet, depending on location and preference.

That's it - a 3 month short sharp intervention to get your sales management process on track to give you the results you are looking for.
